Welcome to First Grade!
I am excited about having you in my class! I know that together we will have a great time this year.
Our school day begins at 8:50 a.m. We dismiss at 3:45 p.m. Please bring a healthy snack, water bottle, and your homework folder each day.
We will be safe and kind to each other and follow the CSAS procedures. We will practice good manners and the 3 R’s: Respect, Responsibility, and Restitution to build our positive reputation.
Reading is one of the most important things we do. Please read at home at least 15 minutes every day.
We will travel in space, dive into the ocean, learn about the seven continents, and plant seeds and watch them grow.
I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
Sincerely,
Mrs. P. McKoy
