I would like to welcome all of our students back to CSAS for the 2011-2012 school year. My World History students will be actively engaged in a journey that explores the events that have shaped our world today. I am also excited about teaching Contemporary Issues during the Spring Semester. Mr. Lowry

Students are beginning a unit on World Religions. Presentations will be on Feb. 7th. A test will be given on the 10th, and a food celebration will be on the 10th as well. The unit is displayed below.
WORLD RELIGIONS UNIT
Religion has played a major role in the world’s history. The world religion unit is designed to expose you to a variety of religions practiced around the world. As we progress through the unit, you will gain a better understanding of why it is important to learn about different religions. Students will be divided in to groups and assigned to the following religions.
